Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we have a large store in Silkeborg of 700 square meters filled with party and gala dresses. We have approx. 2,000 party dresses and between 600 and 1,000 wedding dresses at home.
In the high season, we are open many Sundays and public holidays, but be aware that if you come on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday it is very busy and we cannot provide the service we do in weekdays, where is there better time for each individual customer - there may also be queues for our 6 fitting rooms.
Can you see what is in stock?
Unfortunately, you can't do that - many dresses in the store are not online either.
Do you ship abroad?
es, we ship to all of Europe, except Greenland and the Faroe Islands. If you wish to have it sent outside the EU, please contact us.
How do I choose the size of the dress?
When you have to choose the size of your dress, it is important that you measure yourself around the bust, where you take up the most space and choose your size based on that measurement.
Often you are a little larger about the waist and hip measurements than that indicated in the chart when you have chosen the bust measurement, but this rarely has a major impact on the fit. It is the bust measurement that is decisive for whether dresses fit.

Do you have all the dresses in the store from the webshop?
No we don't have all at home and we have many dresses in the store that you won't find online.
We recommend that you let your sales assistant find slightly different dresses for you, as you usually end up with something completely different , than you had imagined from home.
Never judge a dress by how it hangs on the hanger.

How do I measure my size?
When choosing the size of the dress that fits just for you, you must measure around the bust, where you take up the most space and choose your size based on that measurement. The waist measurement is not as important as it is more tolerant.
A - Chest width:
You measure your chest width by measuring the thickest place on the chest.
B - Waist width:
You measure the waist width by placing the tape measure at the narrowest point on the waist, this is approx. 5 cm above the navel.

How should I understand your sizes?
Our sizes run in US sizes, and may therefore be different from what you normally choose.

Do you have a tailor?
Yes, we have several skilled tailors associated with the store that we can refer you to. Tailors who know our dresses and whom we can vouch for do a good job.
In the shop we advise on which changes are possible to make, but we do not comment on tailoring prices.
Are there customs duties and additional VAT when you get it home from the USA?
No - we are registered importers, and you only pay the amount that you approve on your order in the webshop.
Is there a right of return when shopping at TP Dresses?
Yes, there is a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your dress when you shop in the webshop with the money back.
In our physical store in Silkeborg, we exchange your dress within 8 days. We do not give the money back.
How long is the delivery time for the dresses?
It varies slightly from brand to brand, but on average it is approx. 14 days on party dresses. On wedding dresses, it is from 10 days to 5 months, depending on which one you choose.
Can you pay by bank transfer?
Unfortunately, you cannot do that. This is a security for you as a customer when you shop in an online store.
Do you have to make an appointment to come and try on in the store?
No, you don't have to when you want to try on party and gala dresses.
However, you can make an appointment in our wedding dress department.
Are they the dresses in the pictures you are selling?
Unfortunately, many people are unlucky with dresses they have bought abroad. They can end up with bad copies, poor quality and poor fit.
At TP Dresses you are guaranteed the real dresses. We are authorized dealers of the brands we have in the webshop and therefore you are sure to get exactly the dress you see in the picture. However, you should be aware that colors may vary slightly in the shades in reality vs. a computer screen.
